Last minute tips for running a marathon | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
There is barely a week a left to Standard Chartered Marathon and you have been training all year round for it. As you gear up to race, be sure to take the necessary precautions to protect yourself from injury. Here are some tips for you to follow as race day gets closer. The Singapore Sports Medicine Centre (SSMC) provides dietary advise for the days leading up the the race including options for you to follow before and after each practice run.
